Initial Consultation (60 minutes) $150
 

Subsequent Consultation:
$110 for 30 minutes 
$150 for 60 minutes

Hydrotherapy and Gym Consultation:
Entry fee to be added to consultation fee

NDIS:

Medicare:

If you hold a Chronic Disease Management Plan issued by your GP, the current Medicare rebate is $61.80. Unfortunately we are NOT a bulk billing service, so there will be a gap.

Payment is required at the time of consultation. Payment can be via:

• Cash

• Credit Card (Master Card & Visa only)

• Direct Debit

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling policy :

Please note: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. If you do not provide sufficient notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
